The Elderly Outnumber the Young

The elderly are double the social responsibility without their own mobility. But the state has been pushed into a huge debt and the Government is so fixed in its own survival that all else is secondary, including collection of the $174 million in unpaid fines owed by over 500,000 social . delinquents – representing one third of the entire state population. Reasons to influence transport. Electric urban rail expansion to the satellites of Victor Harbour via Strathalbyn and to Murray Bridge via Mt. Barker and the complete re building of the urban tramways. Cut corners,  remove the crossings – go over the top.
