Good Morning,Mr.Rann

Another Call for an Anti Corruption Commission

This matter concerns everyone Mr. Rann. The continuous diversion by you and your junta of attempts by the majority of the community for an Independent Corruption  Commission is becoming just a series of weaker fob off excuses. The Wilson case is a sad indictment of what many would consider an official cover up. The fear of disclosure of events, whether accidental, intentional or opportunist starts a tangled web of secrecy and deflection from the very top, more so from the Government itself. Even now, it is hoped that the Advertiser will continue to support the community where politicians have failed. Any independent, the Nationals SA perhaps ,who include this measure in policy for the next election will win enough to drive a wedge into the corrupt morality of the two party dominance in favour of governance by community values and not the narrow party interest from one election to the next.

This Government has become so arrogant and dismissive of the community. Recent outbursts of spin suggest a growing fear that the community is restless. The quite pedestrian idea that the Corruption Commission is not justified because of cost might also apply to much that has come out of North Terrace in recent times. Bring it on – a sense of justice is very often  better developed in ordinary folks rather than those who hide behind the law. Ed.

It’s “Animal Farm” all over again. A standard blueprint for labour governments since time began.

The fundamentals of funding also seem to be blinkered by ideology. Sure…we get community change from Labour….and along with that , graffitti, lack of respect for others or property, a growing need for more police, a seemingly total lack of discipline or pride anywhere…etc

They just dont seem to get it, the bills need to be paid.

What do we have?$12 – $15 odd thousand in debt for every man woman and child in SA? It is debt that has created the third world folks!

Come on you independents that advocate change!!! Rise and make yourself heard. Throw out the troughs they all have their snouts in! Cream rises but honesty rises faster.

Dave – the $12 billion debt is exactly that, yet the Government spin describes it as ” unfunded liability”. In 7 years it is difficult to find where the money has been spent because there are only scraps of infrastructure to show for any of it.
